Sorry for disappearing from the face of the world with my Sweden updates. I've been busy losing my money all around Helsinki and broke now but not any less busy. Anyways, here goes the second last chapter.

In the quality of supporters (and commentators) Finland wins the championship.
There is no way you can argue with it. They are loud, they never give up, our team can be just as much shit as possible at times, but the supporters never get silent. They sing and yell and scream through those 90 minutes, and there is no other national team which supporters who can do the same. Or is there? "I am on Finland's side, I am on Finland's side, whether we lose or win, I am on Finland's side"
You can watch the u21 Euro game Germany - Finland, and you'd agree. I'm watching it right now and I keep hearing Finland. Germany? Not even once (not even after Germany scores). I'm not sure why I am watching it, though. I know how it ends, and seeing it all over again is pure torture. Because of Mesut Özil? Because I'm obsessed and don't want to be obsessed and want to be reminded why I shouldn't? Not working, he's looking mighty fine. Especially when that boy loses it a bit and starts talking to himself. Oh yes. But Marko Marin... Yeah, that did it. That tackle was just unnecessary, and like Tuomas Virkkunen said, should have been a straight red. And he didn't even go over and apologize after possibly injuring our goalkeeper! Okay so in general I don't approve of whistling, or such chants as "Marko Marin is gay" (I still laugh) but if I had been there, I probably would have ended up doing just the same.
After now trailing off and noticing again that I could spend forever talking about how awesome Mesut Özil is, I think I will just start the actual post. He's doing something to me. Something very bad. If you remember how bad it was with Malouda, I can warn you that this will just be worse.

ON HIATUS 17.6.-1.7.
I will be in Sweden watching the Euro u21 games and stuff so I won't be here. Please don't defriend me while I'm gone, unless you really feel it's necessary to do in which case I would love it if you could explain here why.
